5th Grade Portrait Drawing

5th Grade students learned the basics in proportion and placement of features related to portrait drawing. This was a mini lesson that was the precursor to the wire portrait project. Students were asked to draw a portrait first without any instruction, then we drew on together, step-by-step. The improvement in their drawings was amazing!
